His legal journey, which began in the United States, led him to Costa Rica, where he established Across Borders Legal to provide comprehensive legal services to expatriates. Ted’s areas of expertise encompass Notary Services, Immigration Law, Real Estate Law, and Corporate Law.

In addition to his legal prowess, Ted has personally invested in properties in the Southern Zone of Costa Rica for the past 20 years, giving him unique insights into the intricacies of the local real estate market.
